Not honest

I'm posting this because companies who treat their customers badly need to be flagged. I don't have anything negative to say about their therapists, who are just employees and generally try to do their best. But the founders and corporate executives are not people I would give business to. One of the treatments caused a infection on my face. The infection lasted for over a month, until I went to a GP for antibiotic cream. I initially only request a refund for the balance of my package (I didn't even try to claim for damages, or for the services already used). This is, in my mind, was more than fair to them. HQ arranged for me to meet and be examined by one of the co-founders. She was extremely arrogant and told me that she had plenty of important and wealthy clients (okay, so?) and that she wasn't afraid of me reporting this (sorry pal, you're not above the law, as wealthy and important as your clients are), and that finally, it was MY fault for going to the doctor instead of going back to them, the people who caused the infection in the first place. And of course, she refused to give me a refund. I later took them to court and they still refused to payup... until I revealed that I had letters from medical professionals. I still only requested for the balance of my package because I wanted to be done with them. As they didn't try to settle this issue amicably from the start, they deserve to have this review here. I have the necessary evidence to back up my version of events.

Rejuvenating Facial

Had facial treatment specifically pinkmeupfacial at this salon for 30 min only which is perfect for busy days! After facial, it did improve my skin clarity and my pores now really not so visible. It also includes antibacterial and collagen which I love most!
