Space & Light Yoga was founded in 2009 by yoga teachers, teacher trainers, and yoga event organisers Lynn Yeo & Sumei Shum.

In May 2016, Sumei & Lynn successfully fostered a partnership between Space & Light Yoga and COMO Shambhala Urban Escape, Singapore. This partnership has brought together the creative energy & experience of Lynn & Sumei with COMO Shambhala, the holistic wellness brand operating in nine countries worldwide. COMO Shambhala is a pioneer in the Singapore yoga scene, opening its first studio in 1997.

They offer high quality, alignment-based classes, workshops and training within COMO Shambhala Urban Escape’s lovely yoga studios at Level 6, Delfi Orchard on Orchard Road. Practising yoga with Lynn & Sumei will make you stronger, leaner, more flexible; and enhance your balance, focus, and health.

They instruct with precise attention to proper body alignment which will keep you safe, increase the intensity and depth of your practice while minimizing pain and injury. There are a variety of classes to suit different levels of practitioners to energise, challenge and uplift.
