This place is an absolute SCAM!! I did not have booking, I went requested a full head highlight, showing a picture for reference to both the receptionist and two staff members, one of whom later cut my hair. Initially, I was informed that only the most expensive stylist was available, with hair cutting priced at $75 and a whole head highlight at $280 for extra-long hair. I confirmed this price multiple times, and was told the total should be around $300. Before any service, I was assured by both the receptionist and a staff member, who later cut my hair. But after five long hours, finishing at 8:30 PM, the stylist insisted on styling my hair until 9 PM, despite the shop being empty. At the counter, the scam man dropped the a whopping $780 bill! They conveniently 'forgot' to mention the extra $198 for base color and $200+ for toning. When I questioned this highway robbery, they had the audacity to argue, In response, I was met with resistance and pressure and told that such quality of service warranted a higher price. After a heated exchange, the old lady in glasses asked, "how much are you willing to pay then?" Then they begrudgingly 'compromised' at $450, still way over what I was initially told. This place is a den of thieves, (other than Winnie have me that sad u der standing face) preying on unsuspecting customers with hidden fees and manipulative tactics. Now I think about it I should've called the police right then and there!

I was looking for a hair salon to go so I decided to give this place a try and I was paired up with a very nice stylist. I can't say enough nice things about her. She was cool and easy to talk to. She listened to what I wanted and all my complaints about my previous hair cuts.
