Singapore’s beauty and wellness professionals will converge at BeautyAsia 2017 – one of the region’s most anticipated beauty exhibitions.

This is the 21st convention, and one of the largest and most comprehensive due to the participation of other beauty organizations such as SpaAsia, HealthAsia, and NaturalAsia. The event will be held at  February 20 to 22, 2017 at Level 4 of Suntec Singapore, Halls 401 to 403.

BeautyAsia showcases the latest cosmetics, skincare and beauty-related products from all over the world. It is expected to draw brands, clinics, spas and practitioners from Singapore, China, Hongkong, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Pakistan. Many company representatives from Europe, North America and Australia are expected, due to the recognition of Asia as a growing beauty market.

Singapore’s largest conversation on beauty

BeautyAsia plays an important industry role as it features an overview of upcoming beauty, spa technologies and trends. Singapore beauty professionals can look forward to workshops, product demonstrations, and trials and talks by leading experts and professionals from around the world. It is an excellent way for participants to keep abreast of the latest machines, treatments, and products that can respond to consumer needs and demands.

Last year, Miss Vivian Ting, Vice-President of Vain Essentials, lauded BeautyAsia’s role in the Singapore beauty industry.  “The exhibition presented ample networking opportunities for us to speak with local and regional professionals.”  She noted an increase in sales during the exhibition as potential customers were able to familiarise themselves with the products and speak with trainers on site. Miss Gency Tan, Marketing Director of P.N.C Singapore Traders added, “BeautyAsia 2016 provided us with the opportunity to educate both our existing and new customers. The overwhelming response we received this year proves BeautyAsia’s stance as Asia’s premier beauty, spa and wellness exhibition.”

World of Beauty, a foreign exhibitor from Italy, commended the exhibition as a successful and effective platform with an extensive reach to customers in the Asian region. Dr Annalisa Gramellini, a biologist with the company said the fair saw potential for new business opportunities.

BeautyAsia 2017 hopes to provide even greater success, through an impressive calendar of activities that includes beauty competitions, workshops and booths.  Gillian Loh, Project Manager of Lines Exhibition said, “Year-on-year BeautyAsia continues to be the beauty and trade exhibition where both local and foreign beauty and wellness industry professionals gather to find out the latest products and technologies.  As BeautyAsia enters into its 21st year in 2017, we hope the exhibition will welcome a variety of new-to-market products and technologies with increased participation from trade professionals to gain exposure and network with other key industry leaders.”

Sean Gerard of Singapore beauty digital marketing agency Mapletree Media feels that this event creates massive opportunities for Singapore beauty professionals. “Aesthetics and Beauty (aestheticsandbeauty.com)  is excited to collaborate with Beauty Asia 2017. As the largest beauty platform targeting beauty professionals in the region, we believe this partnership and our platforms can help support Singapore spas, salons and clinics.”
