Notane Chan Great applicator and does not smudge
The felt-tip applicator is soft, which makes it easier to use. Does not smugde, lasts all day and matt black. Overall it's so easy to apply and it's stays on quite well. The only feedback is I don't see much difference of the two stroke as both tip looks as thick as each other. Not suitable if you looking for a very thin black eyeliner. Other than that this eyeliner is amazing.
