Tan Yixin A product worth trying..
Application wise, I find that this is easy to control. You can draw a thick or thin line easily.
I've tested this eyeliner under water and while it is waterproof, it does get washed off a little if there is higher pressure or force put to it. It is not fully smudgeproof for my oily lids and some product gets transferred on my upper eyelid at times. That being said, I do use this whenever I go to the beach or swimming pool.
