Trying this product as I finally got it on a sale on Kinohimitsu website! It works it is a bit expensive. It helps to not only control the amount of food we take but also help burn the fats despite us not working out. It is a great alternative to juice cleanse etc. for me. Stocking up 3 boxes before the sale ends.

It works well, I eat lesser now and don't feel hungry that easily. Downside is a bit pricey but I think it is okay rather than spending my money in gym which I will not workout.
