For red carpet appearances, most celebs dress up in custom outfits by major designers, so naturally, you’d assume that the hair and makeup would follow suit — complete with Dior, Chanel, Marc Jacobs, etc. But, with award shows being a season known for standout beauty looks, the beauty bar is often set high. This was the case at the Teen Choice Awards. Music starlets and silver-screen darlings turned heads as they stepped into The Forum in Los Angeles. There’s nothing like bejewelled eyes to make your bold look standout! And no, they’re not just for the high fashion runway models of the world; in fact, when done properly, the result can be pretty sparkling. While some party-goers opted to keep things safe on the makeup front like Ronni Hawk, we adored the soft and subtle hues of gold and purple.
