Went for a trial to remove mole end up have to top up exorbitant price so choose to use what I paid to remove milia seeds instead then consultant say until my face is covered in milia seeds and quote $60 to remove each milia seed end up was quoted $4k to remove for whole face. Other reputable beauty salons only $6-$8 per seed. Their price is 10 times more. Glad I managed to leave that place without spending much and will definitely not step foot in it again.

I'm sharing my experience at Bioskin to help others avoid what I went through. Right from the start, Bioskin used aggressive tactics to sell more than I wanted. It wasn't just at the beginning; they even tried to sell more during my treatment. This was upsetting and made me feel trapped into buying things I didn't want, especially when they cornered me during my treatment. What's even worse is that I only learned about their T&C after I paid. They have a no-refund rule, even if you don't use the services. This isn't fair – we should know the rules before we pay. It's disappointing that they don't let you change your mind. If you want a different treatment, they charge a lot, which cancels out any so-called flexibility. It feels like they care more about money than what customers really want. Their customer support is also a letdown. They were unhelpful and aggressive when I tried to talk about my concerns. They even told me they couldn't give me any money back, not even a 'single cents'. In short, my experience at Bioskin was really bad. The aggressive sales, no-refund rule, unhelpful customer support, and uncomfortable sales talk during treatment were all disappointing. I suggest others think twice before going there. Look for businesses that are transparent about their T&C, care about customers, and are fair. Remember, you work hard for your money, so spend it where they treat you right.

I have totally lost all patience despite trying to get clarity for the last 4 months on Bioskin's terms and conditions since my last google review in Feb 2023. Bioskin claimed that they did not inform me in advance that my packages (with about 40 sessions) were discontinued because i was an 'in-active" client. So what does "active" actually mean? I have never come across a company that is not able to define their terms clearly despite being asked 5x: My simple question: what does "Active" mean? Does active mean at least once a month? Once a quarter? Once bi annual? Bioskin's reply: "As machine discontinued we are cannot to control. Due to machine discontinued and oso supplier stop provide us maintamance for the machine. We has been keep following up all the in-active customer in system, but customer responding oso out of our control hope u can understand, just like Apple oso is stop providing cable and headphone, as technology is keep updating." "As what we previously explain, "Active" means frequently visiting." Bioskin says that my packages were "discontinued" and "expired" although their sales persons always say 'no expiry' when they are selling it to you. To salvage the packages (worth $6k) that i had paid upfront, i had no choice but to top up another $4k! All in $10k for 20 sessions. Isn't that incredulous?? To top it all, there is no transparency on their t&c until the e-invoice is emailed. Sadly, after being a client for 9 years, from my recent horrific experience, Bioskin is truly a company that lacks integrity and professionalism as shown in how they respond to complaints and simple clarification. I hope no one needs to go through this nightmare that i went through.

I signed up for their trial gua sha facial with shoulder massage and it was simply amazing!! Although I had my own regular beautician for gua sha already I decided to give Bioskin a try becus of their irresistible promo trial. I must admit that it was so relaxing that I fell asleep half way thru the process. Ashley who was assigned to me was so skillful I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort (like what some claimed) and I wished it had been longer (facial took 60mins or more) then came Kiki who did my shoulder massage for me. I’m not someone who would go for shoulder/ body massage at all as I didn’t like the feeling but not with Kiki. She was amazingly skillful as well. I actually quite enjoy it for the very first time. For those who are new and wanted a recommendation I will strongly recommend them for facial and shoulder massage. Thanks for the good work and for making my experience with Bioskin an unforgettable and enjoyable one!

After every session at there outlet, they will definitely hard sell you either the products or the packages. I really think its too much, not everyone in singapore are that rich to keep on signing up for a package of 10 sessions each time they go and your packages is not cheap and I don't see much improvement. Do bare in mind.

Decide to give Bioskinsg 4-In-1 Lipofreeze Laser Treatment a try. And I lost a total of 7CM! (3CM from upper abdomen and 4 CM from lower abdomen!) in just 1 session! They uses the latest fat burning technologies which is noninvasive and suitable for both male and women and visible result can be seen after 1 session! In this 2-hour treatment, it uses a total of 4 different treatment which target and eliminate the fats on my body. Fat cells are being remove naturally through the lymphatic drainage system. Definitely a great way to reduce stubborn fat and helps in body shaping too! Most importantly it is very comfortable and no hard selling!

I visited two of the outlets and I did enjoy the facials. However there is definitely hard selling and it happened after every single session. If I just signed up a package of 10 sessions, I would not expect hard selling right from the very first session but it did happen. It was quite disappointing because I had a good first experience. I thought I could continue renewing and trying other packages. However, after encountering hard selling almost after every session, I am considering to go elsewhere for my future packages. Nowadays, there are much more options out there, including those offered by professional Aesthetics Doctors and Plastic Surgeons. They all have their facial packages and side lines for facials. There is no hard selling there. Places like Tiffany Yang will never have hard selling and she is a Aesthetics doctor. Hence, if any ladies out there feel uncomfortable about hard selling, do consider looking up the internet at Aesthetics clinic which may offer better prices and packages.

My first experience with Bioskin was great! I went to the Centrepoint outlet for their 4-in-1 Lipofreeze Laser Treatment to hopefully get rid of the extras I had put on with the Chinese New Year Feasting. Upon arrival, I was greeted by warm, polite staff who made me feel very welcomed. After a brief registration, my therapist Lucy, who is an extremely nice lady, brought me for a body analysis before bringing me to the very nicely decorated treatment room. The room really made me feel very relaxed! Lucy then explained the whole process of the treatment to me and was sharing that the treatment may cause a slight discomfort and some bruising. Lucy then started my 4-in-1 Lipofreeze Laser Treatment with the fat freeze part, which was surprising painless. I just felt a slight pinch and coldness during the treatment. I was reading throughout the fat freeze process so time passed really fast. Lucy also kept checking on me during the fat freeze to ensure that I was not feeling any discomfort. The 2nd part of the treatment was Fat Blasting, which was pretty interesting as there was this ringing sound in my ears during the treatment. The next part was using Radio Frequency to tone the treatment area and the last was using laser to assist to expel the fats. It was so comfortable that I fell asleep. I did get a very small bruise on one part of the treatment area, but it went away by the next day. Overall, I was a great session and there was no hard-selling. Definitely recommended!!!

Headed to the Centrepoint outlet today for the 4-in-1 Lipofreeze Treatment. The whole treatment lasted around 2 hours. First, Doris explained the entire treatment process to me and the science behind their treatment! She mentioned that the technology they used would allow for instantaneous results. Afterwards, I was taken to a luxurious treatment room and Lucy started the treatment. I was amazed by the fact that they had an amazing heated bed with a thick blanket. It was super comfortable - I could really sleep for days. The focus of the treatment was on my hip area because I have more of a pear-shaped body. Lucy warned that there might be some redness on the skin because of the treatment but personally, I didn’t really experience any redness even though my skin is actually quite sensitive. The treatment is made out of four parts. The first is the fat freeze section. It basically feels like a suction so there’s a bit of a pinching sensation. Lucy made sure that the temperature of everything was okay and controlled the suction levels so it wasn’t too painful or uncomfortable. I even managed to fall asleep at this point. The second section it the fat burst section. It felt like a tingling sensation but it was very light and not that noticeable. The worst thing about this part of the treatment was the high pitch ringing noise the machine made. I got used to it after a while though. The third section is RF (radio frequency iirc). It was just a warm sensation but again, didn’t really feel much. The final section is the laser section. As scary as it sounds, it was completely painless and again, I didn’t even feel it. After the whole treatment process was over, Doris brought be to a consultation room and conducted a body analysis. Basically, they have a special weighing machine that tells you your height, weight, body fat, muscle mass etc. Despite all the cny snacking, I’m thankfully still in the normal range for everything, though I tend to be on the higher end for the fat range. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take my measurements before and after to see if there was really a visible different in the size of my hips, but Doris mentioned that it might take a few more treatment sessions. She also recommended some diet and exercise changes. I thought it was important to highlight that weight loss requires some lifestyle changes too!

Did my Lipofreeze 3-in-1 Slimming Treatment offer at Midtown branch for my upper arm and Michelle my therapist is very friendly and make sure that I am comfrotable at all times. Very relaxing and not crowded on a weekday. Can feel that both the arms are a little sore (like exercise) and slightly firmer. Need to monitor a bit before going back for another round :) Heard they have a star masseur so may also go back for massage! Hoping to look fabulous during CNY!

It consists of three different technologies to target and freeze localized fats in order to achieve the fastest slimming result. It was painless and no stress when I was there. I went to was Bioskin at The Central, Clarke Quay. And I got a great deal! It consists of IPL, O2 therapy, derma peel, shoulder massage, foot pressure detox, O2 light infusion and I was only charged with $88! I did not expect it to be that affordable. And I am really radiant after the treatment.
