I came across a promotion and decided to give Coslab a try, much to my disappointment.
Not surprisingly, I was expecting an upsell because the deal I signed up for was obviously much cheaper. However, I did not expect a total lack of service when I insisted on not topping up the facial treatment with some additional extraction. Firstly, the top up price was unreasonable. Secondly, when I was very firm about not having the top up, 3 different facial therapists came in to convince me. They finally settled for the most “junior” therapist to me because I did not top up?!
The facial was definitely not worth the price. It was a simple toner at the start, followed by cleansing (other facial clinics usually cleanse twice, they only did once), facial massage (short and very amateur due to the therapist) and a very light mask (which I felt they were very stingy about). No shoulder or head massage.
After the session, the hard selling continued and insists some deal was “only for the day” when obviously they are not.
Icing on the cake, she undercharge me. I am not aware of the price because throughout the whole thing they did not tell me about the price. After paying, I left for the mall’stoilet. Guess what?!? I came out of the toilet to a lady waiting for me outside my cubicle. How freaky was that?!?! She said she had undercharged me a couple of dollars and wanted me to head back.
In summary, if the facial clinic is willing to set such low a price and expect customers to not top up for additional services, then deliver the minimum service! Don’t give rubbish service just because the customers choose not to top up. And for goodness sake, check before you bill, do not stalk for your customer to the toilet to ask for additional payment.
