I've been kind of a long patron of Hair Inn, although not a regular one. I've been following the Plaza Sing team through their several location changes, from Orchard Central to CentrePoint to PS over tha past decade. The branch manager, whose name starts with G, has been my main hair stylist and she had decent skills & put great care in doing haircuts. However in the past few years, I've been feeling her haircut & attitude have been going towards mediocre. In the latest visit, I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I liked, but it eventually turned out totally different. It was unbelievably...bad. It would be easier to swallow if she had said from the start she cant deliver. I'm gonna boycott and never go back again.

I always leave the salon feeling like a million bucks! The vibe of this place is not like any other salon I've ever been to. From the second you walk into there you feel right at home. Staff are amazing and always take the time to educate their clients, which only makes me feel like they truly care. Always exceeds my expectations with their cuts, color, and style to my hair. All in all I highly recommend!

Came back for the 2nd time to dye my hair a greenish blue color - something I've never tried before! He was very accommodating and effective in providing the color that I want, plus he curled my hair very nicely for me. He even recommended ways to prolong the color. Will be coming back soon for hair treatment! Very happy that I can have grey/dark ash hair without looking old haha! :D

Not trust worthy for our hair. First, they criticized my hair.. second, they recommended expensive hair solutions. Third, it did not tame my frizzy dry hair. Overall - waste of money!

Not really a fan of this hair salon. Services were kind of cold and hair cut technique is not exactly up to my expectation. Not sure about other branch but definitely not the one in NEX
