One thing I don't understand about this place is the need to have a consultant inside in the middle of the facial to hard sell me even though I have got a package. And they do that for massages too! It is so awkward to be covered with a towel and 2, sometimes 3 women kept talking and talking about how I need this and that extra. I feel so stressed and pressured. If I say no nicely, they will continue talking. If I say no firmly, they won't do a good job and it would spoil my mood already. So much for a relaxing spa session. After the session, another few minutes of hard selling after you tried the 'promotion'.
Overall, no matter how good the treatments are, they are not worth the stress at all.
