Get the luscious lips of your dreams with the newly launched Hourglass Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm. This 3-in-1 product delivers multiple benefits including delivers intense hydration, plumping up the lips and imparting a high shine finish. Formulated with Conditioning Complex, it helps nourish and replenish the lips for a softer look. Whereas, menthyl lactate, an alternative to menthol provides instant plumping effects while delivering a  refreshing cooling sensation to the lips. 

The Hourglass Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm comes in eight shades, from neutral beige, pale pink, deep berry to vibrant fuchsia.  These shades are curated to complement all skin tones. It has sleek packaging with a twist-up pen design, ensuring seamless application.
