Do I need to register to purchase something from Insider Mall ?
No you can checkout as a guest. But there are so many perks of registering such as accessing sweet deals, promotions, exclusive content and earning BFF points.
Why can’t’ I see products under “hand picked for me”.
This section will be shown once you complete your beauty profile.
Insider Mall will start to curate your shopping experience and selected products based on your hair, skin and beauty profile.
It will also customise content based on your needs. We are constantly improving on the algorithm for this feature so keep interacting with our site to get more accurate results.
How do I register for an account?
Simply click the Account icon on the top right hand corner of the homepage or under my account in the mobile version.
Go to “New to Insider Mall ? ” tab and enter the information required.
How do I update my particulars ?
Please login to your account and you can edit your details under your profile.
What if I forgot my username / password?
Not a problem! On the “Already Registered?” tab, tap on “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to reset your password from the email address you have provided.
If you are already logged in but cannot recall your password, kindly go to: Account Settings > Logout and tap on “Forgot Password”.If you’re still having trouble, we’re here to help! Email us from your registered account at support@insidermall.sg or visit our help centre.
How can I change my password ?
Please goto your Account > My Profile > Password Change and Save Changes.
