How do I pay?
Insider Mall is currently using Stripe as our payment gateway. It accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wechat and Alipay.
We plan to introduce further payment methods in the future.
Is the Insider Mall site secure?
We are committed to being a completely safe and secure e-commerce platform for all your beauty needs.
To prevent credit card fraud, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this criteria.
Once your payment goes through, you will receive an order confirmation email. Should there be a shipping label, you will receive a secondary email within 48 hours detailing your shipping order.
How do I specify my credit card payment?
When you reach the checkout page, confirm your personal details and address, and then click Check Out to input your credit card details into our third party payment system. You can also choose to save this card and address for future purchases.
What if my payment is declined?
Contact your credit card company, since card authorization is between our banking provider and your bank. If you have any further trouble with payments systems or have more questions, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you store my credit card information?
We do not store your credit card information or other sensitive data on our servers. Insider Mall uses the services of a secure payment gateway for all transactions. It is responsible for collecting, storing and encrypting your data, so your information is never transmitted via our website.
Do you charge credit card fees ?
No, we do not charge any credit card processing fees.
How do I cancel a paid order?
Sellers and delivery logistics companies are immediately notified once your order is processed, so you are NOT allowed to make a cancellation request.
I have paid the wrong amount for the product. What shall i do ?
Please send us an email to email@example.com your order number, transaction details and we will try and help resolve the situation with you and the seller.
