Recommended Dosage (After a meal) - Vitamins
The Extra Strength Acne Control Vitamins is a Step 1 product to control and clear your acne all over.
1. For Persistent acne breakouts: 2 Tablets twice a day. Please take tablets with food or water (after a full meal). It is VERY IMPORTANT that you take a total of 4 tablets a day when you start using the skinB5 treatment system to effectively control acne – this is because your body is in a depleted state (contributing to acne) and needing a really good boost of the powerful clear skin nutrients in the skinB5 formula to help stop acne. If you do not follow the recommended dosage, you will see the desired results.
2. For Regular breakouts: Blackheads, whiteheads, oily skin, enlarged pores, pimples, zits, 1 tablet twice a day, or 2 tablets a day.
Once acne is under control, switch to the Maintenance Dosage: 1 tablet a day for lasting effects.
3. For Daily Dosage (Maintenance/irregular few pimples): 1 tablet a day.
