We do agree, seven meals a day does sound like way too many but everyone’s body works differently, and Goglia has said in the past that what works for Kardashian doesn’t work for everyone. Certain people might need three meals per day, and others might need six. For Khloe, she needs to eat at least six meals. Nevertheless, all her meals contain a combination of different nutrients. Most meals involve healthy fats and protein, along with fruits and vegetables. Snacks are involved as well.  Ahead is the breakdown of each of the 7 meals Khloe Kardashian eats per day to stay on top of her weight loss goals.

1. Meal 1 (Breakfast)

For breakfast, she normally has one scoop of whey protein powder with one tablespoon of almond butter and a fruit of her choice blended with ice and water and made into a shake. Try adding more sugary based fruits like strawberries or blueberries as they can get your adrenaline pumping to stay active throughout the day.

2. Meal 2 (Pre-Workout Meal) 

A piece of fruit of her choosing! We assume this is more of a mid-morning snack because it’s a piece of fruit is a very slight snack!. But if you’re someone who constantly needs to snack throughout the day, a piece of fruit is a pretty good way to go. 

3. Meal 3 (Lunch)

For lunch, Khloe always eats a four-ounce chicken breast (roasted) with some sauteed vegetables, plus a salad that is high in iron (something like beetroot and spinach). Getting in a lean protein and some leafy greens are necessary to see weight loss results.

4. Meal 4 (Post-Workout Meal)

In general, we feel hungry after working out but we shouldn’t overeat. This is when a small light post-workout snack helps. Khloe has one cup of celery or one cup of tomatoes with 12 almonds as a light snack to keep her from getting hungry prior to dinner.

5. Meal 5 (Evening Snack)

In case, you are still hungry from the 4th meal then feel free to go for a fifth meal. Of course, Khloe eats more vegetables – either one cup of celery or tomatoes with one egg!

6. Meal 6 (Dinner)

For dinner, Khloé eats a fatty fish – salmon, sea bass, black cod or arctic char – served with 200g of vegetables and salad. 

7. Meal 7 (Supper/ Dessert)

For her last meal of the day, Khloe generally has a piece of fruit for dessert.

According to Women’s Health, Khloe workout routine includes:

  • Jumping jacks
  • Deadlifts

  • and other cardio exercises

Peterson suggested that this full-body workout can be done more than once, depending on how much time you have on your hands.
