Just follow their easy 5-3-2 leg workout. What do these numbers mean? Well, the 5-3-2 leg workout is said to be the most desirable ratio of legs. With your thighs being 5, calves being 3 and ankles being 2. Although the routine is simple, the key to achieving slim legs is discipline. With that, you’ll be able to achieve beautifully slim legs! 

2. Apink’s Naeun’s “look good in leggings” Routine

Another lovely goddess, Naeun from Apink is actually very well known for her slim legs. She is also famous for looking absolutely incredible while wearing leggings thanks to her toned and fit body, as well as slender legs. If any of you have ever thought about trying to work out her leg workout routine, fret not! Naeun herself has kindly shared with us her leg workout routine! Her love of wearing leggings prompted her to start working out and doing pilates. Sharing her workout routine, she focuses on her hips, waistline/back, thigh line, and the back of her legs. Besides exercising to maintain a fit body, always remember that you need a good, healthy diet too! 

3. Choi Yeo Jin Low Squats

If you don’t like gaining muscle on your thighs and legs, celebrity actress Choi Yeo Jin has a tip for you! When asked how she keeps her legs looking smooth and slender, she responds that this one exercise helped. That’s right, it’s low squats. Thinking about squats, many will remember the agonising pain and soreness. But, this leg workout is exactly what you need to achieve slim and smooth calves! In this workout position, you are technically putting weight on your calves and stimulating their muscles. In her demonstration, Choi Yeo Jin emphasises that you should keep your lower back straight. So, no wobbling around and arching it! By keeping it straight, you won’t strain your back and hurt yourself while doing this leg workout. 

4. Girl’s Day’s Minah Massage and Stretch Your Legs

Maybe you’ve tried all sorts of leg workouts and still can’t for the life of you understand how you can’t achieve those perfect legs. Well, the problem might just be water retention. Minah from Girl’s Day recommends that if water retention is your problem, doing leg massages daily may help! Since she herself suffers from this problem, she has shared that she pushes down hard on the bone running down the centre of her lower legs. She claims that this has the benefit to help reduce swelling. She also does leg stretches throughout the day and before bed to help relax her muscles. Drinking enough water every day is also a big help in reducing water retention. 

5. Sanne Vander Leg Toning Workout

Sanne Vander is a YouTuber who creates content such as Kpop reactions, workout challenges and healthy recipes. Although she posts a wide variety of content, she constantly gives content on workout routines. If you want to achieve slim legs like Kpop stars, she has a video that can help with just that! This workout helps tone your legs and each exercise is about 30 seconds long. With a total of 12 exercises in this video, she motivates you as you follow along. With a 30 second timer for each exercise, it is easy to follow along. Besides that, her setting for working out outdoors gives a very calming vibe. 

6. Lena Snow’s Get Slim Legs Like Kpop Idols Leg Workout

Fitness YouTuber Lena Snow holds a workout account that constantly shares different workouts. She also shares about yoga and is a certified personal trainer and power yoga teacher. Easy to do at home, her workouts are more intense as each exercise lasts for about 50 seconds. But don’t worry, there are 10 second rests in between and 15 exercises in total for this Korean leg workout. Before each exercise, she’ll explain what to do and play some music while you follow along. Upbeat music definitely keeps your energy up when doing workouts at home! Besides that, there’s even a small progress bar next to the timer on the top right of the screen. So, you’ll know where you are and how long you last if you ever want to stop! 

7. April Han 7 Days Slim and Toned Thighs Leg Workout

With a large following of 2.27 million on YouTube, April Han provides many workout videos on her channel. Besides that, she also provides free workout programs for you to follow too! Even though this is all explained in Mandarin, there are English subtitles you can select for the captions. Most of her exercises are also 30 seconds long and this video workout consists of 9 exercises with 10 second rests in between while she explains the exercise. Lastly, after the workout is complete, she even demonstrates a few stretches that you can do to relax the body and muscles. Thus, it’ll be a calming experience! She also gives detailed explanations of what some of the exercises and stretches do for the body. 

8. Muscle Watching Ashi-Paka Leg Workout Routine

Muscle Watching is a Japanese channel that provides workout routines that are easy to do at home! The Ashi-Paka routine has the benefit to help you achieve those slim legs you’ve been wanting! Don’t worry if you don’t understand Japanese, as there are captions in English you can select. Each exercise is 60 seconds long and can be a bit tiring. After performing all 10 of the workouts, your legs will definitely be sore and tired! Doing this as much as you need to can definitely help with achieving slim legs. With this workout, you really have to hold out till the end as your legs are in the air almost all of the time! Real dedication is definitely needed for this leg workout.
