Hollywood Spectra™ Laser Treatment Procedure

There are two types of Hollywood Spectra™ Laser Treatment available at NU•U Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic ; basic and two step treatment. The basic treatment includes the Hollywood Laser Peel, while the two step treatment includes both the Hollywood laser peel and Multi Depth Fractional Handpiece that enhances the results of the treatment. 

Both treatments are similar in which they will begin with an application of a light layer of Spectra carbon lotion. This lotion will be left to set for about 10 to 15 minutes. Next, the Spectra laser will begin and with just one pass, the carbon will be set onto your skin. You will hear some snapping noises during your treatment and may experience a tingling or warm sensation. This is because the laser will remove a very fine layer of skin as it zaps the carbon away. Not to worry though, the discomfort is minor and will only last a few seconds. If you have opted for the basic treatment, your session is all done!
