Basically the article covered Hollywood’s heartthrob, Jennifer Anniston’s beauty bible. It was fun learning about these big celebs’ beauty routinewhat they put on their skin, what they ate in a day and what type of physical exercise they prefer to maintain that sculpted figure. And so, we decided it would be much cooler if we brought out the big gun for today’s beauty news. We present to you: Princess Diana Beauty Black Book! 

In honour of the upcoming movie called Spencer—a biopic film about princess Diana, played by Kristen Stewart, which is expected to be released on November 5th. The short summary wrote, ‘’A film which covered the event that took place at Sandringham estate during the Christmas holiday with the royal family. When Lady Di decides to leave her marriage with Prince Charles.’’ Ouch, tense, we know. 

And as all of you are aware, Princess Diana was famously known for her beauty, kindness and confidence. But how did she manage to hold on to these principles even with the scrutiny of the media and the tension around the royal family? Her Signature Blonde Hair

Believe or not, her confidence was brought back into her life once she met with famous celebrity hairstylist, Sam McKnight, who also served as Vogue’s contributing beauty editor in the 90’s. In her memoir, Princess Diana credited Sam who helped her jab her confidence after they started working together on a shoot. She said, ‘’I asked him what he would do with my hair, and he simply answered, ‘’Well, we’ll give it a fresh start,’’. A fresh start is what she got, indeed. Sam McKnight soon becomes Princess Diana’s most trusted beauty advisor helping her to maintain those signature blonde hair, dolling her up, until her untimely passing.

Her Minimal Makeup

If you’re a true fan of Princess Diana, you will know that she’s a huge lover of beauty pencil liners. Don’t believe us? Try to search for every image of Princess Diana and pay attention to her makeup details. She literally cannot live without her blue liner look. And according to her another beauty advisor who also served as her personal makeup artist, Mary Greenwall, Princess Di always opted for something that can help enhance the appearance of her striking blue eyes. She loves a good ole’ minimalist look. And thus, that’s what Mary Greenwall has been doing for all her time serving Princess DianaMary would create a soft brown shadow around her eyes, a gentle lip colour and natural, radiant skin for foundation. Mary said her way of dolling-up Princess Diana is to make sure she feels comfortable, relaxed and confident in her own skin. Now, we get it!

Her Yoga & Meditation

In today’s world where meditation, yoga and sagging started to get their own au fait in the wellness world, Princess Diana has long been practicing the good of finding inner peace and meditation. The people’s princess was a big fan of Ayurvedic treatment. If you aren’t familiar, an Ayurvedic treatment is a meditation procedure where you focus on the roots to treat whatever your bodies are lacking, in the inside. Not just on the outside. She was starstruck over this treatment after meeting with Dr Nishi Joshi in the early 90’s. Nowadays, the term Ayurvedic is wiser with a different treatment available such as cupping, hypnotherapy, healing and holistic detox. In this modern era, big names like Gwyneth Paltrow are a big follower of Ayurvedic. 

Her Workout Routine

If you spend too much time on the fashion site of the internet, you’ll be greeted with over hundreds of paparazzi pictures of Princess Diana where she used to rocked the hell out of sports attire. (And yes, those biker shorts that we often see on the influencers? Princess Diana has long made it a trend.) Anyhow, even if we frequently come across those pictures of Lady Di, we can’t help to wonder.. where and what type of physical exercises that she was into? In her memoir, she stated that she was a big fan of tennis. Okay, but, what else? We found out that she did indeed have her own personal trainer. The woman goes by the name Jenni Rivett. The pair began to form a close friendship in 1991, and they did everything togetherfrom power walking to rollerblading in Kensington Palace gardens. The two would spend almost hours working out together everyday. Ah, now we know how Princess Diana manages to maintain her long legs and lean body.
