- Beauty Insider Singapore strongly encourages your reviews based on your own personal experiences on products or services you have tried.
- Please keep your reviews genuine and constructive which adds value to help others. For example, share your likes (or dislikes) and who would it be suitable for.
How to Redeem:
- All registered member are allowed to redeem the rewards as long as they have enough points.
- Rewards will be announced every quarter where we will release your favourite products and services from our partner Brands.
- Shout outs will be done on Beauty Insider Singapore FB and IG pages minimum 2 weeks before the Rewards are open.
- So remember to like and follow our FB and IG pages so you stay updated on the next Rewards announcement.
- Select the products (which you have enough points for), click "redeem" and "Claim Now". Points will be automatically deducted from your account balance after redemptions
- Redemptions are on a first come first serve basis and subject to stock availability. Go to "MY Redemptions" in your Profile page to check the products you have already redeemed
How to Claim Your Rewards!
- After claiming your reward, send an email within a week of the redemptions to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the pick-up date and we shall respond to you within 2 working days.
- If the reward is that of services being rendered, Beauty Insider will inform you on the process to make your claim directly with the establishment.
- A Minimum of 2 days is required in order to arrange the collection of your rewards which will be picked up directly at our office.
- Please note that collection will be strictly during office hours only and no postage of the products will be entertained.
- In the event you have not collected the product on the given date and time, your reward will be forfeited, and no refund or substitute product be given.
