I have totally lost all patience despite trying to get clarity for the last 4 months on Bioskin's terms and conditions since my last google review in Feb 2023. Bioskin claimed that they did not inform me in advance that my packages (with about 40 sessions) were discontinued because i was an 'in-active" client. So what does "active" actually mean? I have never come across a company that is not able to define their terms clearly despite being asked 5x: My simple question: what does "Active" mean? Does active mean at least once a month? Once a quarter? Once bi annual? Bioskin's reply: "As machine discontinued we are cannot to control. Due to machine discontinued and oso supplier stop provide us maintamance for the machine. We has been keep following up all the in-active customer in system, but customer responding oso out of our control hope u can understand, just like Apple oso is stop providing cable and headphone, as technology is keep updating." "As what we previously explain, "Active" means frequently visiting." Bioskin says that my packages were "discontinued" and "expired" although their sales persons always say 'no expiry' when they are selling it to you. To salvage the packages (worth $6k) that i had paid upfront, i had no choice but to top up another $4k! All in $10k for 20 sessions. Isn't that incredulous?? To top it all, there is no transparency on their t&c until the e-invoice is emailed. Sadly, after being a client for 9 years, from my recent horrific experience, Bioskin is truly a company that lacks integrity and professionalism as shown in how they respond to complaints and simple clarification. I hope no one needs to go through this nightmare that i went through.

i wanted to redeem Fave voucher, i use their sevices and visited them more than 24 month ago (its was not good) and hoping they change to better, asked them if i still can redeem/use Fave, the lady at Northpoint branch started her reply/answer with 'no no no no no no....' and lecture me fro good 2 mins that Fave voucher is NOT for you to buy cheap but use the try nail services, with this response, DO YOU THINK it worth the visit? they have many multiple branches with multiple names under same managements, FYA, so beware, don't waste your time even look or buy the Fave voucher. please buck up Ladies! and whoever behind this brand, sent your nail therapist to customer services courses for better understanding how to handle and response to customer in a correct manner. to the Pixie nail mgt - I'm regular Fave voucher user, we are not pathetic, but we just want good deal.

Heard about this salon from a friend and decided to try for a new hair colour. Seven, the hairstylist is gentle and patient to listen to my requirements. Then he share his advise what will suit me the most. Love how he propose me a really chic and fuzz free hairdye technique after knowing how laid back character i was and always struggling to dedicate some me time. I absolutely love the outcome! So chic, so youthful! Oh ya, the salon has a truly a super relaxing environment with that panel glass where there is a big lush of green outside. Furthermore, I am pleasantly surprised to be given a little treat with my favourite hot chocolate during the session. Definitely will visit again! :) Recommend! Recommend! Recommend!

I signed up for their trial gua sha facial with shoulder massage and it was simply amazing!! Although I had my own regular beautician for gua sha already I decided to give Bioskin a try becus of their irresistible promo trial. I must admit that it was so relaxing that I fell asleep half way thru the process. Ashley who was assigned to me was so skillful I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort (like what some claimed) and I wished it had been longer (facial took 60mins or more) then came Kiki who did my shoulder massage for me. I’m not someone who would go for shoulder/ body massage at all as I didn’t like the feeling but not with Kiki. She was amazingly skillful as well. I actually quite enjoy it for the very first time. For those who are new and wanted a recommendation I will strongly recommend them for facial and shoulder massage. Thanks for the good work and for making my experience with Bioskin an unforgettable and enjoyable one!

My therapist at Tampines 1 is great, however there is a manager who turns up from time to time and hard sells packages, insisting that you can split payment etc etc even after I reject her. Being sprung a pressurising pitch when all you are looking forward to a relaxing environment makes the experience entirely unpleasant. It is distasteful and makes the establishment seem very low class. Unlikely to renew my package due to the hard sell tactics. It is a shame because the service is good.

Easily absorbed and refreshing. Effectively gets rid of dead skin cell and blackheads leaving my skin much more supple and well hydrated.
