i wanted to redeem Fave voucher, i use their sevices and visited them more than 24 month ago (its was not good) and hoping they change to better, asked them if i still can redeem/use Fave, the lady at Northpoint branch started her reply/answer with 'no no no no no no....' and lecture me fro good 2 mins that Fave voucher is NOT for you to buy cheap but use the try nail services, with this response, DO YOU THINK it worth the visit? they have many multiple branches with multiple names under same managements, FYA, so beware, don't waste your time even look or buy the Fave voucher. please buck up Ladies! and whoever behind this brand, sent your nail therapist to customer services courses for better understanding how to handle and response to customer in a correct manner. to the Pixie nail mgt - I'm regular Fave voucher user, we are not pathetic, but we just want good deal.

Bought a 20 dollars shopback voucher and walked past the harbourfront branch. Asked the ladies who was standing outside their shop. They said yes. And I was asked to enter once I've done the safe entry check in. One lady asked for my IC and I asked why does she need it. Was asked to fill up a form stating my name and last 4 digits of IC and my contact number.. Another lady came out of the room and used her mobile to check. She said I have came before and upon close checks. She said it's under FAV app and was 1.5 yrs ago. So it's different from shopback. So it's OK. Was asked to sit at the massage chair and while the lady was starting the pedicure. I asked her the amt I need to pay after pedicure. She said after 20 discount. It is $19. She hurriedly went to the front counter and came back telling me she forgot to inform me that there is a Xmas surcharge of 10 dollars. I mean you have the audacity to tell me actually it's 18. But I charge you 10 dollars now. In additional, all other salons will be having this surcharge as it is Christmas season. I should have insisted not to pay as she have already redemmed my voucher and did not even remember to tell me the surcharge at the beginning at the counter. I would not even have done the pedicure. So, I am paying that 10 dollars for your mistake for being forgetful to inform me abt that. SHAME ON YOU! Poor communication here. Last time coming to this salon. There are other good nail salon that offer good pricing and service.. Lapse of service. Took too long to make payment and she didn't refill the paper toll. NOT worth any stars. .
