The Dior Backstage is the first luxury make-up brand designed by Peter Philips, Dior’s Creative and Image Director for make-up, for Dior. Christian Dior is an iconic fashion designer who created one of the world’s biggest fashion houses. Dior’s prestigious make-up line is created to deliver a professional runway look into everyday life. The product line focuses on the most essential beauty needs that cater to a wide array of skin colours. It features a lot of nude tones to provide a professional experience. 

Peter Philips is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. He is passionate about colours. He explained that the colour nude is a diverse shade and that several people think nude is just the colour beige. Philips, in an exclusive interview, said that “A nude, to me, is a shade which makes you feel naturally beautiful like you’re not wearing make-up.”
