The 3CE Velvet Lip Tint is a light-weight, matte-finished tint that easily blends. It provides a natural appearance that would not cause dryness or lip chapping. The tint is made from mostly natural ingredients that will not cake or lead to oil separation. Because of its lightness, the 3CE Velvet Lip Tint can create the perfect petal-like gradient lips. This comes with a doe-foot applicator to provide easy application.

The 3CE Velvet Lip Tint comes in vibrant and highly-pigmented shades. This has the benefit of producing full coverage with only one swipe. The colours can be blended to produce unique looks.
