Steps to Redeem:

1. You will receive an email with Grityard voucher attached from Insider Rewards.
2. Choose preferred studio to attend session
3. Add “10 sessions” to cart
4. head over the schedule tab to book your preferred class
5. Apply promo code provided by insider rewards to enjoy promotional price
6. Start booking of sessions
7. Upon arrival, show the voucher to the receptionist.
8. Enjoy your training

Grityard TNC
1.Voucher Expires 14 days from date of purchase.
2.1 voucher per person only.
3.Only one time use per voucher.
4.Voucher expires 1 year from the date of offering the voucher.
5.Participants must first create their GRITYARD account at www.grityard.com and use the promo code to redeem the pack. Class bookings need to be made on www.grityard.com/schedule prior to the class.
6.Only applicable in GRITYARD (OUTRAM) or (CBD).
7.Not valid with other promotions or discounts.
8.Arrive at least 10 minutes earlier for your class.
9.Towels are mandatory for every class.
10.After a reservation is made, extension is not allowed.
11.Reservation cancellation is not allowed. If the customer does not arrive at the premises at the set date and time, the redemption will be void unless agreed by GRITYARD.
12.Tickets sold not transferrable or refundable.
13.Redemption will not be valid after expiry date, renewal is not allowed

Insider rewards TNC

1. The cash voucher is valid for a limited time and can only be redeemed once.
2. To redeem the cash voucher, you must register an account on Insider Rewards.
3. After registering, you must book a service on Book and Go using the same account.
4. Once the service is completed, the cash voucher will be automatically added to your account.
5. The cash voucher cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
6. The cash voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The cash voucher can only be redeemed for the specific service it was issued for.
8. The service must be booked and completed within the validity period of the cash voucher.
