The most obvious effect that Euglena P-3 has on me is that I feel more energetic throughout the day and also easier for me to get up in the morning. I do suffer from low-quality sleep hence even if I sleep early, I always feel like I did not rest enough. There's no weird after taste after consuming the pills and it is also easier to swallow.

Giving it a 5 star as this supplement has saved my face. I usually have acne whenever I have my menstruation but this supplement have dramatically reduce the breakout ever since I start taking this supplement 2 month ago ! My skin definitely look clearer and less bump now. Not a fan of daily taking ( except vitamin c ), but this supplement will make an exception due to its all-in-one benefit and most important it is natural !

I have done the research on this supplement and I am truly amazed with the contains. I noticed that my face and skin textured is more clarified and improved within just 1 month of consuming it religiously. Some people might not like the smell but I kind of like it ! I've did my research on the ingredients and i'm blown away how they can get all the benefits into this supplement. I tried for almost 2weeks and there's not a single new acne on my face and that's great! the smells is a bit too strong for me but maybe because there's so much healthy greens in it :)

Euglena P-3 helps me on my eczema skin! It taste greeny but still fresh for me. Just a little too greeny.. At the first weeks, actually I do get little heaty and my flu is kinda green after consuming Euglena p-3 , , then I thought it may not suitable for me. But I didn’t give up, I stopped consuming it for a week then I continue to take it again. At the second time I take it back, there’s no any problem for consuming it. I started to see my serious eczema on my leg reduce itchiness and getting better! And yeah, no more itchiness on the third week. Will continue consuming it to see what’s the further change of my body! If you’re facing a problem like me which is getting heaty or little dry at first, you may stop it for few days and taking it back again, I think that “heaty” problems happened may because it detoxifying my body since I got sinus problem for many years.
