've completed 12 sessions of HYPOXI training (I will explain more about it) and I was quite impressed with the result! If you know how difficult it is to take 5cm off your waist and 6cm off your tummy, you will be surprised to know that it happened in a month or so.

I have super thick amount of hair and also an oily scalp. Usually I have to wash my hair everyday (which I’ve read somewhere that it is not recommended) but if I don’t wash it, my hair will look super oily. Before the treatment, I got a scalp scan to see what scalp issues I am facing and my scalp is REALLY OILY! The service and ambience there is really nice and I really enjoyed it, I felt like a Tai Tai, totally worth the money! I even have a personal entertainment console to watch shows on. Definitely going there more frequently!

Went to try this out before dyeing my hair for new year later on. The consultant have done a detailed check on my scalp and I was told that I have a sensitive scalp! Turns out I have always been using the wrong hair products that is not suitable for my hair type and my scalp. Thankful that I realise it through this so I don’t waste my money on expensive hair products that probably doesn’t even does wonder to my hair.

After I went to the scalp analysis, my consultant recommended me the PHS Hair Science Purifying Scalp Spa Therapy (S$228+ for 100 minutes) which will help to cleanse and nourish my scalp and thus promoting healthy hair growth. After the treatment, the consultant did a second scalp analysis on me and my scalp is not as ‘clogged’. I didn’t know how the spa therapy works but I was bewildered by it! Didn’t know my scalp can be clogged.
