Beauty Insider is an online beauty site for all beauty lovers. Here at Beauty Insider, we want to know what are your holy grails and your thoughts! Browse through our products and leave a review to earn points.

I would like to leave a review: how do I do it?
Firstly, you will need to register an account. Click on “Log in” at the top right corner of the screen. You can choose to Connect with Facebook or Register with us. Once you’re logged in, click on any product and leave a review in the space provided.
PS Leave a review with more than 200 characters and earn more points!
I would like to review a product or service that is not in the BI database. How do I do this?
Here at Beauty Insider, we love beauty products as much as you do! Share the love and upload your product here. We will need you to login and submit all the details before we can upload them to the site.
Does BI give my personal information to anyone else?
We do not give any of your information to anyone, unless permission is granted by you. We seek to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of personal information obtained from you. We are bound by the Personal Data Protection Act according to Singapore Law.
Can I leave a review without registering an account?
Come join us to leave a review! We promise it’ll only take a few seconds!
How do I register an account?
We have a new Beauty BFF! Come join us by clicking on ‘Log In’ at the top right corner of the screen. You can choose to ‘Connect with Facebook’ or ‘Register’ and once you’re logged in, you automatically earn points!
I forgot my password. What do I do to retrieve it?
Simply click the “Lost your password?” link and fill out the necessary information. We will send you the password shortly to the registered email address.
How can I edit my review that has already been submitted?
Thank you for leaving a review! However, you are unable to edit a submitted review. If however, you feel you changed your mind on the product, email us at email@example.com
Can I upload photos in my reviews?
Uploading of photos is still a feature we are working on!
Can I write multiple reviews for the same product?

What’s the cost and how does payment work?
The Hey Gorgeous! Beauty Bag is only SGD 19.90 a bag. Free shipping is included for all Singaporean addresses.
You can make payment via bank transfer. After confirming your order, you will receive your order confirmation email shortly where we will share the details on the payment process. Once payment is received and verified, we will send you a receipt and your Beauty Bag within 3-5 days!
How does the sign up process work?
Signing up is free and easy! To purchase a Hey Gorgeous! Beauty Bag, you will need to create an account here and you’ll be ready to go!
How does shipping work?
We will send you The Hey Gorgeous Bag within 3-5 days to a Singapore based address only. We will arrange a time for the delivery so please have some stand by for the pick up. If we have to rearrange a second delivery, charges will apply.
My Hey Gorgeous! Beauty Bag was marked as delivered, but I do not have it.

What if I need to change the address to which my Hey Gorgeous! Beauty Bag ships or I did not receive the first delivery?
Please send us the confirmed address to send to. We will charge shipping for a second address if it is different from the original address stated, depending on availability of stock.
I have missing or damaged product(s).
Everything we ship is new and unused
If the Hey Gorgeous! Beauty Bag is empty, or damaged in some way that truly renders it unusable, please take clear pictures of the products in their current state and email our customer service. We will consider this on a case by case by case basis and will revert back to you.
Can I get a refund for my Hey Gorgeous! Beauty Bag if I don’t like what’s in it or is different from what I expected ?
No refunds are allowed unfortunately once you make the order. Do take note that actual products and sizes may vary from the pictures and illustrations shown on our site.

Who can become a member and redeem products?
Anyone can become a member! We welcome people from all over the world to leave reviews on BI. However, as these Loyalty Rewards are done locally, we do not do any shipping / mailing but self-collection at our office only.
What are the membership levels?
We have 3 levels of membership available. As you upgrade your levels ( Through points ) you will be able to access new and exciting opportunities such as extra points on your birthday month and the ability to redeem premium products! Platinum level of membership will have its own exclusive batch of products that can only be accessed by Platinum member ( See the table at Levels Privilege )
How can I earn points?
You can earn points a number of ways such as by writing reviews and leaving comments on our articles, and even sharing your review in your social media. The more you interact with us the more points you get! ( See the table at Rewards System Section )
What can I redeem with my points?
We, at Beauty Insider Singapore offer a wide range of products and services from all of your favourite brands differing in type and value.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, click on your membership card’s widget on the bottom right hand side of the page. To view the products, you can click “ My Rewards” and explore away ( See Guideline for redemption at quick links below )
How do I claim a product?
To claim a product simply select it and click “claim”. You will see “Please redeem in-store”, which will require for self-collection at our office. However please email firstname.lastname@example.org / SMS / Whatsapp to +65-93697587 to confirm the pick-up date. Minimum of 2 day in advance is require in order to arrange the collection timing at our office. An email / sms / whatsapp will be respond to you within 3 working day to confirm your collection date.
How do I collect my products?
Please SMS / Whatsapp to +65-93697587 at least 3 day prior in order to arrange the timing for collection at our office ( Address will be given through confirmation email / sms / whatsapp )
When do I need to collect my products?
You will have 1 month from the time you claim to collect your products from our offices.
Is there a maximum amount of points I can spend?
There is no limit to how many of your points you can spend however you may only claim three products at one time.
How many points do I have?
To view how many points you can click on your membership card widget on the bottom right-hand side of the site and click My Card.
Can my points expire?
There will be no expiration date for your existing points. However as a gold or Platinum member, your level will only maintain for 1 year from the day you upgrade your level. After that it will fall back to 1 tier / level from your existing tier. To continue enjoying the exclusive benefits simply just upgrade your level through points.
If I spend my points, does my membership status decrease?
Spending your points will not decrease your membership status. You will remain at your current membership status even though after your points have been deducted.
The product I claimed is no longer listed, what should I do?
Due to the limited quantity of each product, our redemption process is first come first serve so be quick to get your products!
I have claimed a product but I want to change it, can I change what I have claimed?
Sorry, but as of right now you will not be able to change your choice of product after claiming it.
How do I upgrade my level to enjoy the exclusive benefits?
Simply click “claim” on the next level from your current level status. 500 points will be required to upgrade to Gold Level, 1000 points will be required for Platinum level. Level and entitlement will be expired after 1 year from the day you upgrade.
I have had a bad reaction to my claimed products.
