The Dermaroller is a handheld tool equipped with a rolling drum lined with thin and fine needles. This Dermaroller is rolled across the skin. It allows the needles to puncture the epidermis. Hence, creating micro-injuries that helps stimulate the skin’s natural process of healing. Usually, the Dermaroller is used by those who do the microneedling treatment at home.
