Shiseido Group has hosted an experiential event to celebrate its 150th anniversary, honouring the group’s milestones and celebrating the present successes.

With the theme “Beauty Innovations for a Better World”, the event showcased Shiseido’s illustrious history with heritage and milestone displays as well as experiential exhibitions from various brands under its portfolio. 

According to Nicole Tan, President & CEO of Asia Pacific at Shiseido, “This is a very exciting year for Shiseido as we celebrate 150 years of Japanese heritage and industry-leading innovations. With the establishment of Shiseido Asia Pacific in Singapore as the regional headquarters since January 2016, our strategic proximity to key Asian markets has provided us with the opportunity to tap on Asian consumer insights and create a better world through beauty.”

A showcase of the Shiseido Group’s brands and products and 360 interactive photo booth

The event offers curated sensorial experiences for attendees, including a showcase of the Shiseido Group’s products and a 360-degree interactive photo booth. Shiseido has also partnered with the Rainbow Centre, a local NGO, to launch the rainbow program.

At the event , guests collaborated on a canvas outline to create a unique 150th anniversary creation using Shiseido’s products and made a direct contribution whenever they purchased artwork from the Rainbow Centre at the event.
