In all, this moisturising cream has earned a spot on our list of must-buys! Its ultra-lightweight texture takes the cake for us and it definitely did do its job of quenching the thirst of parched skin. However, the only drawback we have with this moisturising cream is that in contains synthetic fragrance.

For the most part, this Skin Veil Base Cushion truly does live up to its promise of brightening up lacklustre complexion while doubling up as a primer to extend makeup wear. Although it does the trick of neutralising yellowish skin tones, we are not fans of the white cast that it leaves on the skin. With that said, this makeup primer is not one that we would consider buying again. 

“This would be suitable for people with a truly yellow skin tone. i at first put it all over my face but then quickly realised my skin tone must not be very yellow, as it sort of over neutralised the colour and left it slightly chalky purple,” says one Sephora reviewer.

On top of that, it also works to smoothen out crows feet and smile lines, while reducing the appearance of dark eye circles to bring back to youth in your eyes.

If you are on the hunt for a lightweight serum that can do wonders for your eye area, we highly recommend this eye serum. Although some reviewers noted that they did not see any results, we found that this eye serum did deliver on its promise to add life to tired eyes after using it overtime. Having said that, do take note that you will have to be diligent in using this eye serum to see visible improvements!

What’s more, this cleanser is chock full of a blend of blueberry extract, papain enzyme and cellulose beads, which work to slough away dead skin cells to reveal skin that is smooth to the touch.
